Our running program uses RAM that we know, the question is "ROM and Internal Memory inside our Smartphone are same?" YES both are same, But we know that ROM doesn't have write permission it have only read permission so how its possible. Some ROM like PROM, EPROM and EEPROM have both read/write permission, So that type of ROM work as Internal Memory and it store Operating System, BIOS, POST, BSL and also System data
